I’ve always loved walnuts and all the recipes that incorporate them. So there, one day I came across an instagram post that showed a picture of a vegan spread recipe based on lentils. So I decided to prepare this recipe that mixes both my favorite walnuts and lentils in order to prepare a healthy and vegetarian spread.
Modus operandi : brow salted spread
– ½ onion
– 125g green lentils
– 50g of walnut nuts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– ½ teaspoon of parpika
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook the lentils.
Roast walnuts in a skillet.
Sauté the onion previously cut in a little olive oil.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Nota bene : Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
