Modus operandi : 6 soft burger buns
– 500g flour
– 270g oat milk
– 10g baker’s yeast
– 50g vegetable margarine
– 1 eg
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
For the gold plating:
– 1 egg yolk
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– Sesame seeds
Heat the milk, then add the yeast.
In your vat, mix all the ingredients, as well as the yeast and milk.
Let the pasta stand for 1 hour so that it can rise.
Form small balls of 140g each.
Fold the corners down and form beautiful round balls.
Mix the egg yolk and the milk of the gilt then baste the Burgers.
Sprinkle the seeds.
Bake 10 minutes at 210°C, then let your breads cool.
Nota bene: You can add turmeric and soft curry to give a yellow color to your bread.
