2 matcha chocolate avocado bread

On an instagram post, I came across these super cute little avocado shaped buns. I golden! So I decided to test a recipe to create these beautiful little avocados. It is very simple, it requires only a rest time but the steps are easy to understand. For all the avocados lovers, I’ll let you test these adorable buns.

Modus operandi : 2 matcha chocolate avocado bread

*for matcha dough:
-30g infused milk
-1 teaspoon matcha
-1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
-15g avocado oil
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-15g of sugar
-100g of flour

*For chocolate paste:
-1 teaspoon cocoa powder
-1/2 teaspoon milk

Heat the milk with the matcha.
Once cooled, mix the milk with the dry yeast.
Mix with the oil, salt, sugar and flour.
Form a ball by hand and let rise 1-2h under a cloth.
Remove 1/4 of the dough to form the two small chocolate balls that will form the cores of the avocado.
Mix the chocolate and milk in this dough, kneading well so that everything is incorporated.
Form the 2 small avocado cores with the chocolate paste and the 2 avocados with the matcha paste.
Bake for 12 minutes at 200C.

Nota bene : if you do not have matcha, you can replace it with spirulina.
