White smoothie

After the sport, it is nice to prepare a vitamin and satiating drink. To hydrate, I advise you this smoothie that has the particularity of mixing banana with oats. Oats adds content to the smoothie. This is very nice!

Modus operandi : banana and oatmeal smoothie

– ½ banana
– 150mL of rice drink
– 50g of yogurt
– 30g of Oatmeal

Blende all the ingredients.

Nota bene : For added smoothness, cut the banana into pieces and put them in the freezer first.

      1. Ok, sounds good! I will try it. No one likes rolled oat at my house expect me. But I sneak into pancake mixes and my kids have no idea. lol. I also blend apples and put that in the mix. The apple sauce gives the mix moisture.
