White porridge

The porridge is satiating. We take it in the morning at 8 am and we are stalled until 2 pm. It is an excellent breakfast. In this recipe, I create a topping based on banana and rice milk to make it less compact and dry in the mouth.

Modus operandi : a porridge with banana and cinnamon

– 50g of oatmeal flakes
– 100mL of water
– ½ tablespoon cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
– ½ banana
– 4 tablespoon rice drink

Mash the banana with a fork.
Cook the oatmeal, water, crushed banana, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan.
Mix well for 5-10 min until the mixture sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Fill the bowl and topp the rice beverage.

Nota bene: You can add fruit, peanut butter, nuts and seeds to the topping.
