I love pasta: it’s easy and quick to cook. We add a little pesto and cheese and it’s in the pocket, here’s our meal. During the confinement, I had a lot of time to cook and one day he came up with the idea of making pasta myself. So I made homemade ravioli. But here, I also wanted to make a homemade sauce for my next pages that is healthy and easy to make. So I invented this little wonder.
Modus operandi: easy and simple pepper sauce
-3 red peppers
-1 tablespoon coconut cream or soy cream
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
Cut the peppers, garlic and onion.
Cook in a frying pan with oil and a pinch of salt for about 20min.
Blend with the cream.
