I love cooking recipes that we usually buy but that are often simple to make ourselves. By laziness, we do not cook them. Well, here’s a very simple spread recipe. This recipe will take less time than the return trip to the supermarket to buy a spread.
Modus operandi : a yummy chocolate spreads
Roast the hazelnuts and almonds in the oven.
Prepare a baking sheet with a baking paper.
Make a caramel with the sugar: mix the sugar in a saucepan over low heat.
Spread the caramel on the baking paper and let it harden.
Mix the roasted almonds and hazelnuts and the hardened caramel in a blender for 10 minutes.
You get the pralin.
Melt the chocolate and mix in the mixture for 5 minutes.
