vegan avocado ice cream without ice cream maker

I always dreamed of having an ice cream maker, but I never bought one. Maybe it’s because of the lack of space or laziness, I don’t know. Well, I still decided to ice out even though I didn’t have a machine. That’s why I propose this little wonder: an ice cream with avocado and coconut vegan and without ice cream maker. This recipe is simple, fast, healthy and vegetarian. Enjoy!

Modus Operandi : avocado and coconut ice cream for summer

-2 avocados
-20 cL coconut cream
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-3 tablespoons agave syrup

Topping: frozen raspberries, grated coconut or chia seeds.

Whisk up the coconut cream.
In a bowl, pour the lemon juice and agave syrup. Add and mash the avocados with a fork.
Stir the coconut cream into the mixture.
Once mixed, place the mixture in the freezer.
After one hour, take out the mixture and mix it coarsely.
Return the mixture to the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
The preparation is ready you can taste it with topping.

  1. I make my own ice cream without a ice cream maker. I freeze it and then chop into chunks and put through my food processor to break it down, then refreeze. Works a treat. Also make sorbet the same way. I haven’t tried avocado though.
