Usually I do not eat breakfast in the morning because I prefer to have a hot drink like tea or coffee. However, I love the snack time (I am still a greedy child), that’s why I like to prepare recipes in advance often in the evening so that my taste is ready the next day. This recipe is simple and requires a full night’s rest.
Modus Operandi: yummy chia pudding
Topping: fresh strawberries and raspberries, sweet granola, nuts etc.
Mix all the ingredients in the recipe without topping.
Let rest overnight in a fridge.
The next day, place the topping of your choice and enjoy.
Nota bene: If you are in a hurry or forgot to prepare the recipe the day before, you can always prepare it the same day. To do this, mix the chia seeds, water and yogurt with a spoon for 5 minutes until the chia seeds swell. Add the agave syrup and topping and the result will be equivalent !
